YOUR ORDER
Your order will be placed with the manufacturers within 48 hours of order confirmation.
Once the manufacturing order has been placed you can expect to receive your delivery within two weeks.
During this time you will receive tracking details via email as soon as your print has been shipped.

PRINT + FRAMING DETAILS
Each artwork is printed and/or framed to order by our trusted partner in Melbourne, Australia. The works are Archival Giclée Prints on 310gsm cotton rag paper. If framed, the prints are dry mounted to an archival 5mm acid free Foam-board and finished with 3mm Museum UV Plexiglas. Plexiglas is much lighter than glass, is shatterproof and helps to protect the print from UV damage. Each frame is hand-cut and assembled in Melbourne using locally sourced and sustainable Victorian Ash and Tasmanian Oak timbers.
The frame is finished with hanging wire, ready to hang.

SHIPPING
Shipping is FREE for framed and unframed Prints Australia-wide. The frames are very carefully bubble-wrapped and shipped in custom made, double wall cardboard packaging using a courier service insured against loss or damage. Great care is taken when shipping your order however in the unlikely event of damage occurring we’ll work with you to replace it in the most timely fashion. At this stage framed and unframed prints are sadly not available for International Shipping.

RETURNS
Please choose carefully. Returns can not be accepted for any reason.
Each order is printed & framed especially for you and how you’ve specified your order.
With this in mind, please ask any questions and queries you may have before you purchase.
